Kaplan or Mosby would be the best choice out of all of them.

In all honesty pick one that you think you can read and understand. The content is all the same in the books, I know people who didn’t use a book and passed the NCLEX. I personally found that I liked Mosby’s and Saunders better than the others.
Make sure it has a CD ROM and asks alternate format questions.
