Try the State University of New York’s Empire State College. Just point your search engine at Empire State College to begin learning more about independent study.

check with local college, some have lots of online courses with just a few manditory classes for testing//etc. it all depends on where you are an state law requirements i would think but check with a local college rather than those mail order colleges….local will be more legit.
