For any nurses here, how long did it take you to earn your LPN? RN?

The RN portion of your schooling should be 2 years. Then you have the pass your boards. If you have pre-requisites it can take a little longer, up to a year. Why bother with your LPN? Most courses require you to have your CNA, before you start in the program. LPN is a sidetrack and I would think with the cost of universities these days you would choose the most direct track to your goal. Skip the LPN and shoot for your RN.

had a girlfriend that became a nurse,, RN. Took her tow years but she was somewhat smart. Others took longer because they had to take some tard classes to catch up. They didn’t have a strong math background from high school , etc.
some didn’t pass their board exam right out of school either, took 6 months to study and retake the RN test to be certified or whatever it is they do.
Amazing how much money she is making now,, maybe that’s why she dumped me,, hummmm.

LPN- take 1 year
RN- can take 2 years, but another classification is that with a bachelors degree (4 years)

If you want to become an RN, I suggest that you skip the LPN and go directly to the RN program. It’s cheaper and quicker.
I graduated from an associate degree two-year RN program. With prerequisites it took me three years.
