How do I transfer my CNA Certificate from California to Missouri?

I became a CNA in 1999 and have worked as one since. I moved to Missouri in October 2007, I have looked everywhere on the internet and local colleges here and have had NO luck find out how to go about transferring my certificate to a Missouri certificate…. Can anyone please help me?

If you already are Licensed, Certified, Registered or State Approved in your own State and want to move to another state, you will need to request reciprocity. This means that you are asking the new state to recognize the approval you received from your home state. Contact the State registry
in your home state and request a “Application for Enrollment By Reciprocity”. Ask them if you should send the completed form to them or to the state to which you are moving. The contact information for the state registry can be found on this site at
