My initial thought of this ?? was annoyance, but taking a step beyond that, You should just try and be positive. That is an important test/exam so you should try and keep yourself BLAH. If something bad did happen, just be cool! panicking NEVER helps!

I took my NCLEX-PN test almost 7 years ago. I had 85 questions on my test and I felt like I didn’t pass too but I did. My nerves got the best of me and I feel that I was not ready, but I did well. I did notice that on the test that if I one of my answers were incorrect, the computer would ask me the question again but with a different set of diagnosis along with the correct one.

you probably did fine. from what I have heard (I’m just a new nursing student so I haven’t taken it yet), nobody comes out of taking the NCLEX feeling like they passed. But I bet with a low number of questions, you passed. just try to relax and hope for the best
