What is the hourly pay rate for an Lpn-Cst working in a private practice?

I have been a Licensed Pract. Nurse for 30yrs. I am also a Cert. Surgical Technologist for 10yrs. I work for a private physician. No health benefits I do get a yrly bonus,sick time and paid vacation. I travel 60 miles round trip. No weekends. I do take call for the doctor occasionaly with no compensation. Does any one have an dea on how much I should be making an hour?
