Contact California’s professional licensing dept for an application and requirements on applying for licensure via reciprocity. They’ll probably want proof of the Michigan license. Check with Michigan’s pro licensing dept on how to provide that info to California.
I’d heard California’s licensing rules were more lax than any other state’s, but I may be wrong.
